1. Read Everyday
Your brain is your biggest asset. It's no surprise that Tai Lopez, Warren Buffet , Les Brown and many other super successful people preach this. The average CEO read 4 to 5 books a month. But who wants to be an average CEO?
No matter what you are going through, you always have things you can be thankful for. I mean you are alive aren't you? This is preached by Tony Robbins and many, many others. They recommend waking up everyday and reciting what you are thankful for. This will put you in a state of appreciation and you'll be extra ready to take on the rest of your day.
3. Think Positively On Every Out Come
Your attitude is everything. Earl Nightingale says "If you think in positive term, you will get positive results. If you think in negative terms, you will get negative results." Everything you go through in life is either a lesson or a blessing, good can be taken from any situation. And that's exactly how you should think. A positive mind is a positive life.
4. Exercise Every Morning
What better way to start off the day then get your blood pumping? The Rock said he would wake up at 3 am and run on the treadmill for 2 hours everyday. This tip has also been recommended by Jake Paul, Mark Wahlberg and many other.
5. Keep A Daily Journal
You are extremely busy and a million thoughts pop into your head everyday. And if you are like me, you definitely forget things. Write down what you did during the day and keep track of your ideas and things that you learned.
6. Work To Your Potential Not Your Quota
Grant Cardone, Gary Vaynerchuk and few others talk about this. It is estimated at all time we are working at only 10 percent of our potential. You have the ability to achieve way more than you think you can. Throw the goal out the window and shoot for your potential.
7. Eat Healthy
This one is pretty obvious. Who hasn't told us to do this? Well in the daily grind it can be difficult to take this seriously. Nothing tastes better than a tub of ice cream after a day of hard work.. although we'll regret it later and it'll slow us down.
